Now is the time with only weeks away- from that little black dress coming out the closet?
If you want a flatter washboard stomach, why not try these few tricks which I'm sure will help.First try taking peppermint capsules or aloe vera juice. Each do a fantastic job in supporting the digestive system and both can help prevent bloating.
Try cutting out certain food types that cause excessive bloating. Especially limiting things that contain refined sugar, or fermented products like cheese and alcohol. 
 I’m sure you will look amazing in your Christmas outfit with or without a flatter tummy this year.
