Body Brushing and Aromatherapy Oils

Sooooo  not long until love is back in the air for a Valentine’s day..... even those of you singletons should have yourself a little pamper... you never know you may get lucky..... 

Unfortunately the cold winter months have taken a toll on our bods...so our skin is all dry, dehydrated and patchy. We need to get a body overhaul.... as otherwise.. the men will not know if they are touching our unshaved legs.... or our arms and shoulders otherwise... Now that could be embarrassing....

Body brushing is such a must do... its soon easy to do too.... every day before showering.. stand in the shower and get the temp quite warm.. as that getting to the perfect temp... you can be body brushing with a few drops of an essential oil... this helps remove dead skin build up from the winter months, dry area's such as knees, elbows and legs... it also helps blood circulation which is fab for cellulite... and to helps move the lymph system for detoxification... brushing from feet first in upward sweeping movements, legs, thighs and buttocks ( the wobbly bits a man may say ) then the stomach in a clockwise direction, torso to the heart and the arms, to flow to the armpit area, as this has lymph points. When you then step into the shower.. the warm water and essential oil will hit your nose and senses, so this time of year, eucalyptus, tea tree, great for antiseptic purposes, if you want something more nurturing and you’re a lil hormonal Roman Chamomile is fantastic.. A hug in a bottle... if you want something a lil fresh and give you a zing.. lemongrass... peppermint is fab for around the menstrual cycle to help with fatigue and nausea.

Your skin will be beautifully soft once to step out of the shower and your mind will feel more in tune, balanced and ready for the day a lil better.

After a few drops of body oil... to lock in the moisture to your skin, the essential oil will be in your system and helping you with your day a s well as your beautiful body armour... 

Try it take some time and i know you will feel much better for it.... do it each or everyday and you will see and feel a difference.

Anti ageing, lympth draining, blood circulating, your looking radiant.... Now that is most certainly going to get you a valentines this year.. surely ;D
