Are your feet tired and sore?

Why not treat yourself to professional pedicure at your local beauty spa or take some time-out at home and give those poor tired feet a well-deserved pamper break.

What to expect from a pedicure
A pedicure usually takes between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on which elements are involved.

A pedicure often begins with a therapeutic foot bath, with your feet soaked and cleansed to soften the skin. Some footbaths are like a mini-Jacuzzi for your feet.

You will probably then have an exfoliating rub with salts to slough off dead skin and your therapist will trim your cuticles, and cut and shape your toe nails.

Your pedicure will usually close with a relaxing foot and lower leg massage before a good quality polish is applied to your nails.
